Cocoast Property Management Phuket Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy

For bookings made more than 60 days before arrival, a 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining 70% balance must be paid 60 days prior to arrival.

For bookings made within 60 days of arrival, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund of any deposit or payment made.

For cancellations made within 60 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

Rebooking After Cancellation

If a cancelled reservation is successfully rebooked for the same dates, Cocoast Property Management Phuket may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial or full refund of the payments received, after deducting any applicable fees or losses.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may affect their travel plans, including trip cancellations, delays, or emergencies.
